I use this in all of my frostings to give REAL butter flavor. Seems concentrated so try using less than you think you need to.

I use this in Royal Icing as adding real butter isn't possible. I put in about a half a teaspoon for every 2 lbs of powdered sugar. It imparts a nice richness that doesn't scream BUTTER FLAVORING.
