Crystallized ginger is fresh ginger that has been peeled, boiled in sugar and water, dried and coated with sugar. Crystalized Ginger may be added to chutneys or eaten plain. Chop and add the crystalized ginger to banana bread or sprinkle on top of whipped cream on top of warm apple pie.

Toss into homeade granola, mix into stir fry vegetables, drop into a mug of tea with honey, add to Cookies, bake with Carrots, add to Meat Dishes & Fruits
