Dry honey is a nice addition to breads and rolls, baked into cookies, or used to give a honey flavor to frostings. Good sprinkled on ice cream. Dried honey may be used as a sweetener, or may be mixed with water to rehydrate for recipes calling for honey.

Ummm, Honey!

Awesome product! Think corn bread with honey in the mix! This is better than gooey honey in my recipe. Put the gooey honey on it after it bakes! Can't wait to make "honey" frosting too! Great think to have on hand!
