Coconut Spice Extract

Everything seems great. May help others to know or list that this isn't a clear extract as most are. This is actually a thick, white coconut color.
Depending on what you're adding this to, that could pose a problem. Most extracts are clear or translucent.

I tried this product because or a review by Cook's Illustrated. It tasted fresh,n ot artificial like the grocery store brands.

Very good product. Tastes fresh & not artificial like some. I use it to flavor water and some teas to encourage increased liquid consumption and this has made it easier!

I made a coconut layer cake with this coconut flavoring, WOW!!!!
My family is from the south, and I've eaten Coconut cake of various types all my life and the one made with this flavoring is the BEST I've had. Great coconut flavor!!!

Best coconut cake ever tasted

"The best coconut cake I've ever tasted." Coconut cake, his favorite, is impossible to find at most bakeries, so I made it myself for his birthday from a recipe in "Baking Illustrated" by Cook's Illustrated Magazine. The recipe highly recommended Spices etc Coconut Natural Flavoring, used in both the cake and frosting. Had to order it on line, and when it arrived saw that it was very different from the McCormick coconut flavoring in my pantry: Spices' is milky white and really tastes like coconut; McCormicks is clear with a sweetish alcohol flavor. Per cake reviews, Spices' was an excellent choice.

This is by far the best coconut flavoring I have ever encountered! It is in a class by itself. I use it for various things, but especially to make the best coconut cake I have ever eaten. Everybody who eats anything I have made with this coconut goes crazy. Thank you Spices Etc. for one of the greatest culinary treasures available anywhere. Don't ever change a thing about it!
Surprise!

The appearance was a surprise.....I expected a thin extract as usual. This is like thick, pure coconut. It still pours but is a thicker than expected consistency. Smells great and tastes wonderful in smoothies!
