I was looking for the same type of spice flavor that I got with vinegar and salt chips, for use on fries and fish and other.
this product is more just a dehydrated white vinegar rather than the chip-type flavor. I can't say that the product is bad - just passing along the warning that if the vinegar and salt flavor or a malt vinegar flagor is what you're looking for, this is not the product for you...
I'm still looking for that!

I have used this product in dry mixes for soups, marinades, and sauces with great results. I cut the amount somewhat from liquid vinegar because the flavor is strong.
