Used in Indian "Tandoor" referring to an oven made from brick and clay. Tandoori is used mainly in traditional Indian cooking. It is spicy & sweet.

Good for chicken

Coriander, paprika, cumin, garlic, ginger, cloves, mace, fenugreek, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg.
Mix with salt and lemon juice to make a thick paste, use with bread crumbs to make a coating for frying chicken.
Mix with yogurt to form a tandoori paste for marinating.
