Dried vegetables are a convenient way to add color and flavor to a variety of foods. Easily rehydrated in warm water, these products are nice to have around when you need a veggie but not the hassle of storing and preparing the fresh version. Use dehydrated bell peppers in soups and stews, or rehydrate and use as fresh. To rehydrate, soak in warm water for 30 minutes.

I was so glad to find Spices etc. There are some spices that are hard to find now, and this has put me in touch with a way of getting my hard to find spices.

These are great to have around if you forget to buy a bell pepper at the store or decide to make something and don't have one. They reconstitute well in soups or beans, and the taste is wonderful. There is no difference between this and fresh except I don't have to cut anything with these.

I love to buy from Spices because I can find onions, celery flakes, etc. in bulk that you can't find in the gro. stores. Its a time-saver for me.

Green Peppers is the difference between an okay meatloaf and a really good one. These can be used dry and added or re-hydrated. Either way these are great.

They can be used in hundreds of dishes

I use the peppers in:pasta sauce, quiche, salads, omlets, there is a freshness in the dried peppers that you won't be able to tell the differance from fresh
