Love this one! I marinated chicken, yogurt and some Tandoori spice and loved the flavor profile. Would be great on meats, seafood, pilafs and dips too I bet!

I was exciting about this seasoning. I have used it with chicken and beef. The flavor is delicious by itself so much that my husband requested it again. This season has a very different and distinctive taste.

Just like an Indian Restaurant

I'll admit I was skeptical about trying this blend out. Sure I trusted Spices Etc. with having quality ingredients, but a tandoori blend? I finally tried it out today, and it was amazing. It smelled and tasted just like what you get when you order tandoori in an Indian restaurant. It's easy to use, and the spices in it were still savory - not aged and bland. The mix isn't spicy for those who hear "Indian" and think fiery hot. If you want that bite, I'd recommend buying some cayenne pepper and adding it in for hotness.

Mix with salt and lemon juice to make a thick paste, use with bread crumbs to make a coating for frying chicken. Mix with yogurt to form a tandoori paste for marinating.
Coriander, paprika, cumin, garlic, ginger, cloves, mace, fenugreek, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg.
