Regular Chili Powder. Use 2-4 TBSP or more to taste per batch of chili. Regular Chili powder is best added to the pot at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine. Regular Chili Powder Ingredients regular and hot): Spices, salt, garlic powder, not more than 2% silica gel to prevent caking. Ingredients salt-free): Spices, garlic powder, silica gel added to prevent caking.

I have purchased products from Spices Etc.since the company was in Charlootesville, 30-some years ago. So I guess the products, especially the chile powder and ground ancho are really good!

Better than what you can buy in stores, I've been using this chili powder for more than 10 years. At times I have run out and used a grocery store blend while waiting for an order. It's got a very nice flavor.

I am a great grandmother who has been making chili for 60+ years. My chili started getting bland, no spicy taste at all. I bought a new bottle of chili powder at the grocery and that did not help so I ordered yours. What a difference. When I have company I put a little from each bottle on a paper plate and we have a tasting. Everyone is amazed. Now we are questioning our other spices. Looks like more tasting and comparing ahead.
