Whole Coriander seeds are from the plant that produces Cilantro leaves. The flavor of whole coriander seeds blends well with that of cumin. For sweet potato fries, toss 1 TBSP ground coriander, 1 TBSP ground cumin, 2 TBSP oil and 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into strips. Bake at 350 degrees.
