Use Sea Salt Crystals in salt shakers and in cooking. Sea Salt crystals are produced for use in salt mills and any application where larger salt chunks are needed. Sea salt crystals are used as a direct replacement for standard iodized salt. Many feel that is has more flavor. Sea salt is not iodized.
