Blue Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:

6 Eggs

3 tablespoon Heavy cream

4 tablespoon Dry White Wine

1 teaspoon Rosemary, Whole

1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

2 tablespoon Butter

1 tablespoon Dried Chives
Directions:Beat together 6 eggs (4 servings), 3 Tbsp heavy cream, 4 Tbsp dry white wine, 1 tsp of Rosemary crushed and 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Melt 2 Tbsp butter, add egg mixture and scramble on low heat stirring constantly. Garnish with dried chives.
