Blue Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon Dry White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary, Whole
- 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dried Chives
Directions:
Beat together 6 eggs (4 servings), 3 Tbsp heavy cream, 4 Tbsp dry white wine, 1 tsp of Rosemary crushed and 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Melt 2 Tbsp butter, add egg mixture and scramble on low heat stirring constantly. Garnish with dried chives.
