When I ordered this product I thought I was getting Ground Turmeric. What I received was Turmeric Powder, which is a little different. Will see if this works for me.

Turmeric is great to have on hand for sprinkling on egg dishes or to use in curry powder. It is said to have healing properties.

I like it. It has a pungent flavor that goes well with many things like ginger, garlic, vinegar, etc.

Love the bright color and peppy flavor of this Turmeric. Use it daily in many different dishes to add flavor and color.

I had grown tired of pasty looking turkey gravy until a friend mentioned adding tumeric for coloring. It worked like a charm.

No preparation necessary. Just add to recipe.
