I bought this to flavor iced tea. Even when using 1 Tablespoon per gallon, it is quite weak. Using more would make it pretty expensive flavoring. I probably won't buy this again.

to make raspberry ice tea it says 1-2 TSP per gallon. i found that it takes 2-3 TSP to be just about right.

Has a slight pink tinge but doesn't seem to affect the color of white icing. Wonderful in icing and/or dough for chocolate cookies
