Tarragon, a lovely, aromatic herb, is associated mostly with French cuisine. An ingredient in Herbes de Provence, tarragon is popular in flavored vinegars, mustards and vinaigrette. Used in cream sauces, with vegetables, egg dishes and with chicken. It is an essential ingredient in Bernaise sauce.

I use Tarragon in many dishes. I used to buy it in bulk from a local shop. After it burned to the ground I ordered a large container of Tarragon from Spices etc. I have to tell you that the Tarragon from Spices, etc. is as good if not better than any I have purchased in the past. ORDER SOME!

No preparation needed. Sprinkle over chicken or fish. Add tarragon to recipes as instructed.
