This spice is hard to find, but is worth the search! I use it (and other Spices Etc) to make the best chorizo in the land!

This Ancho Chile powder is bold and full of flavor. I couldn't find it in any of the grocery stores so I ordered it from here. I'm using it to make Cowboy Kent Rollins baby-back ribs dry-rub which is delicious! It makes so much more sense to make your own rub than to buy some jar of stuff off the store shelve.

Some of the best! Not bitter like some. Awesome Chili.

To make your own ancho chili powder, use 1/2 cup ground Ancho chile, 1 TBSP each garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and oregano. Add salt, cayenne pepper and ground thyme to taste.
